- Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver engaging, effective speech, language, and swallowing therapy
- Coordinate audiometric screenings and referrals as needed
- Collaborate with care teams and families to maximize outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and Medicare documentation
- Attend care planning and interdisciplinary meetings
- Provide in-service education for staff and contribute to program improvement
- Uphold safety standards and deliver care with dignity and kindness
- Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology (MA or MS)
- Active NYS SLP license and ASHA CCC certification
- Strong communication skills and professional maturity
- Team-oriented mindset and commitment to clinical excellence

Qualifications:
- M.A. or M.S. Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved school.
- New York State license to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
- Clinical Competence Certification from the American Speech and Hearing Association.
